What is Comment Spam?

Comment spam is a type of spamming that is used for blog comments, forums, or any online platform which involves posting irrelevant, often automated comments, usually to generate backlinks to a website to improve its SEO rankings.

These comments typically don't contribute anything valuable to the conversation and include hyperlinks. They are either created manually or generated by automated bots.
